Job Opportunity: Production Associate II

We are looking for a motivated Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Fastener & Wire production teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate fastener and wire production machines.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols.
• Basic setup of industrial production machines/requires some manual dexterity and ability to step up and down from the         machines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Repetitive lifting of heavy boxes 30-55 lbs.
• Moving pallets weighing up to 3500 lbs. with a manual pallet jack.
• Cleaning equipment and work area.
• Clear communication and cooperation with others.
• Flexibility to help where needed.

 Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in machine operations is a plus.
• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic math skills and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery safely and effectively.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work environment can be seasonally warm and dusty.
