Job Opportunity: Warehouse & Shipping Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for various tasks that support warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment to our customers, and a safe working environment. This role works directly with the sales office. The position is Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures and schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
• Receiving and unloading shipments while doing a visual inspection of the products.
• Palletizing boxes of finished products.
• Prepare shipping documents, arrange for pickups, and ensure timely dispatch of orders to customers.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse and workspace.

Qualifications: 

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Basic math skills.
• Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
